We take the time and have the listening and analytical skills needed to understand your company's issues.
Technical expertise and creativity
With our in-depth knowledge of corporate life and of many business sectors, such as banking and finance, industry (metallurgy, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, automobile, etc.), the service industry (information technology, advertising, public accounting, architectural consultants, etc.) and professional associations, we provide our clients, both French and foreign companies, expertise in all areas of employment law.
We consider employment law pragmatically as an indispensable tool for company growth. We work out creative, custom-made solutions, while taking into account the need to anticipate litigation.
Experience and combativeness
Our firm regularly represents clients at all French courts in litigation involving employment law and/or social security law, throughout France.
Team work and dialogue
We are fully committed to team work, exchanging and debating ideas to come up with the most successful strategy.
Transparency in Billing
Our law firm, a “niche practice”, ensures personal involvement of the partners in every dossier. Thus, our clients' dossiers are systematically managed by a partner and one or more associates, depending on their complexity.
To better meet our clients' requirements, our billing policy varies according to the nature of the cases and/or their wishes, and the volume of business.
Consulting
- Our services are billed on a time basis, with an hourly rate that is based on the experience of the lawyers.
This hourly rate includes all of the firm's fees and expenses. Only external fees, should there be any, are billed additionally (travel, bailiffs, corresponding attorneys (avocats correspondants), solicitors (avoués), postal charges, messengers, etc.).
- We also propose billing on an average hourly rate, which is the same for all of the firm's lawyers.
- Another option for our clients is to take out a monthly subscription that entitles them to a preferential rate depending on the amount of hours in their subscription (from 10 to over 40 hours per month).
When billing is done by hourly rate or by subscription, a monthly invoice is sent to clients, together with details on the services rendered by each lawyer.
Litigation
Cases involving litigation may require a significant work load, which is not always predictable when the dossier is opened.
- Therefore, to guarantee utmost transparency for our clients, we propose, for cases involving the Employment Tribunal, either time-based billing or lump-sum billing, that is determined after a preliminary study of the dossier and varies with the total number of claims.
Our fees are then paid in several instalments, at different steps of the procedure (for example: opening the dossier, reconciliation office, turning in the exhibits and briefs, oral arguments).
- For other kinds of litigation, we can propose either time-based billing, or lump-sum billing, depending on the nature and the complexity of the case.
