PROCEDURE IN CASE OF A WORK ACCIDENT

  • Identification of different types of accidents
  • Writing the work accident declaration
  • Issuing reservations
  • Conducting the administrative investigation
  • Relations with the Health Insurance Fund (file consultation, observations)

PROCEDURE IN CASE OF RECEIVING A REQUEST FOR RECOGNITION OF AN OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE

  • Conditions for taking charge of an occupational disease
  • Conducting the administrative investigation
  • Relations with the Health Insurance Fund (file consultation, observations)
  • Referral to the Regional Committee for the Recognition of Occupational Diseases

LITIGATION

  • Litigation related to rating (calculation of work accident/occupational disease contribution rates; charges debited to the employer’s account): medical litigation (medical amicable appeal commission) and non-medical (amicable appeal commission) + CARSAT appeal
  • Litigation of inexcusable fault

Pedagogy:

Provision of a training support with reference texts and case law

Practical training promoting exchanges between the trainer and the participants
